Info : The abstract submission and conference participant registration systems are different systems. You have to create a new user profile first for your registering as a participant.

 
Fees

Deadline for ACTINIDES 2013 conference registration is June 11, 2013. Note that a limited number of day passes (one day pass = 200€) will also be available.

Conference registration and conference fee (payment up to June 11, 2013) = 550€
Late registration and conference fee (payment after June 11, 2013) = 650€
Banquet fee for participants and accompanying persons = 40€ per person

On-line registration available starting 20th March 2013.

 

Registration and conference fee includes

  • conference attendance,
  • coffee breaks,
  • book of abstracts,
  • poster session refreshments,
  • Karlsruhe city public transportation pass

 

Bursaries

4 types of bursaries are available : from EIA , from TALISMAN, from BMBF or from KIT "Programm NUKLEAR"

 

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is possible up to June 11, 2013 with reimbursement of the registration fee minus a minimal processing fee of 26 €.

Following June 11, 2013 and before the beginning of the conference, cancellations are possible with partial reimbursement of the registration fee; 175€ will be withheld (i.e. 375 € reimbursement for early registrants and 475€ for late registrants).

We are sorry but participants wishing to cancel their attendance after the start of the conference (after July 21, 2013) cannot be reimbursed any of their fees.

 

 

Privacy policy

The ACTINIDES2013 Organizing Committee is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide upon registration, payment and abstract submission will be used for organizing your participation in ACTINIDES2013, e.g., scheduling of presentations and printing of nametag, as well as to manage the conference and to communicate with delegates and submitting authors. Additionally a list consisting only of names and contact details of attendees at this conference will be generated to keep you informed of future conferences.
By submitting your details in the registration or submission of abstracts you are consenting to the processing of your personal information for the purposes listed above. In addition, you consent to having photos be taken during the event and potentially put on the conference website.
